Can Miley Cyrus Weed Stop in Amsterdam

Stop us if this one sounds familiar Miley Cyrus was surrounded by weed last night only this time she was with super-sexy model Cara Delevingne.

Miley bounced from the Greenhouse in Amsterdam looking giggly and glassy-eyed after kicking it inside for a few hours with Cara and some friends. The Greenhouse seems to be a popular spot for celebs with stoners like Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa recently taking in the greenery at their shop.

Cara kept a low-profile when the group left but Miley was front and center looking awfully toasty. No pics of the duo actually sampling Amsterdam's finest ... but c'mon!
