Obama Make The Cut On December 10, 2013 Time Magazine has released
what could be one of their most controversial finalist list for 2013 person of the year. A lot of people have wondered why would you group Miley
Cyrus and Pope Francis on the same list, but before we get to glets first define what they classify as person of the year.
