The reigning African champion Nigeria will not be part of the next African cup of nations AFCON 2015 schedule to hold in equatorial guinea.

not to the strong. we were neither swift nor strong. but we thank #SUPERGOD for HIS sufficient grace throughout the ill-fated AFCON qualifying campaign. #WE Are NIGERIA. #PROUDLY NAIJA #no matter what lose or win. #I want to say a big thank you to every fan, supporter, critics. without you guys, we couldn’t have made it this far.we will get back up and push towards the glory land.”
